AI and digital safety become more accessible in Taraz
Women in Tech Kazakhstan held the Autumn WIT Meetup on free AI training and staying safe online.
· Taraz
Women in Tech Kazakhstan held its Autumn WIT Meetup in Taraz. Participants were introduced to free education programmes on artificial intelligence and learned how to protect their personal data, money and accounts online.
Free programmes help women use AI in study, careers and business
At the meetup, Women in Tech Kazakhstan presented programmes that help women master practical artificial intelligence tools and use digital services more safely.
AI for Her
How to use artificial intelligence tools in study, work and everyday tasks.
AI for Her Business
A practical programme for women entrepreneurs: AI for growing a business and its workflows.
Aman Bol
Digital threats, protecting personal and financial data, and using online services safely.
“You don’t need to be a programmer to start using artificial intelligence. What matters to us is showing every woman that AI is already within her reach and can become a real tool for work, learning and growing a business.”
Digital safety links protecting data, money and personal boundaries
The second key topic was the Aman Bol programme, presented as a clear path to recognising digital threats, protecting personal and financial information and using online services safely.
The conversation continued in a panel, “Safety in the digital world: data, money and personal boundaries”, with experts from banking, business and regional digitalisation. It was moderated by Aiday Aitakova, General Project Manager at Women in Tech.
“Digital safety is already part of everyday life. Women need to know how to protect their data and money, and what to do in the situations we regularly face online.”
Regional meetups open up knowledge to everyone, whatever their background
The Autumn WIT Meetup took place at the Sherkhan Murtaza International University. Women in Tech Kazakhstan holds regional meetups so that knowledge about artificial intelligence and digital safety is available to women whatever their profession or technical background.
