How to protect your money and personal data, recognise digital risks and still make the most of artificial intelligence at work and in business — these were the topics of the Autumn WIT Intensive, a learning event by Women in Tech Kazakhstan.
Three projects in focus
Women in Tech Kazakhstan presented a digital safety programme and two projects on applying artificial intelligence.
Aman Bol
A digital safety programme for women: from securing banking apps and accounts to handling personal data safely.
AI for Her
Artificial intelligence for learning, careers and everyday work.
AI for Her Business
Artificial intelligence for marketing, entrepreneurship and business tasks.
Aman Bol makes cybersecurity easy to understand
One of the highlights was the presentation of Aman Bol, a digital safety programme for women. Its goal is to make cybersecurity knowledge clear and usable in everyday life — from securing banking apps and accounts to handling personal data safely.

“Digital safety today starts with everyday choices: what information we share, which links we open, how we protect our accounts and money. Our goal is to give women practical tools that help them feel more confident online.”
Protecting your money depends on digital literacy
Financial safety was a topic of its own. Experts discussed why protecting your money increasingly depends on the digital literacy of the user.

“Security technology keeps improving, but the human factor remains one of the key risks. It is important to understand who you share data with and why, and to use digital and financial services consciously.”
Artificial intelligence is not just for tech specialists
The second part of the Autumn WIT Intensive was about opportunities rather than risks. Women in Tech Kazakhstan presented AI for Her and AI for Her Business, which help women apply artificial intelligence in learning, careers, marketing, entrepreneurship and everyday work.
“We need to stop thinking of artificial intelligence as a tool only for tech specialists. AI can already be used for real work and business tasks — to save time, build skills and find new opportunities.”
How it went
The Autumn WIT Intensive brought together two sides of digital literacy: protecting yourself from new risks and using new technology to your advantage.
